Skinny Jeans vs Jeggings

Now I'm gonna start getting to the real fashion stuff. Skinny Jeans were in for ages, and everyone is still wearing them but now Jeggings have got involved. All my friends absolutely loathe Jeggings, their argument is that 'they look like jeans, they're made by jean companies, why not wear jeans?' I understand that, I find them pretty pointless but there are ways to wear everything, and one of the disadvantages of skinny jeans is that when they are nice and tight, they look amazing...but you can't sit down, with the right jeggings you can still look great AND be able to sit down, but i sort of think the elasticated waist is for those people who are..oo-er carrying some extra luggage, i think that plus sizes are great, curvy women are some of the most beautiful and no one should be size zero, but do you really want a double stomach??? Plus sizes look so much better in Flare or Bootcut jeans. But still the question of Skinny jeans or Jeggings remains unresolved. Jeggings are good when you want to move around, or want to wear some high-waisted skinnies. But skinny jeans always look awesome, they're stylish and look good with pretty much everything, so in my opinion, skinny jeans win. but that's only my opinion, what do you think?

The Teenvogue Handbook

I got this for christmas, it's amazing, if you want a career in fashion, it tells you everything you need to know. It gave me the knowledge i needed to kickstart a fashion career, that's why i'm blogging, you have to start somewhere. now all i have to do is move to new york!! It gives you all the information from the greatest designers like Rodarte, Marc Jacobs, Thakoon and Alexander Wang (Who I'll definitely be blogging about at a later date), it tells you about photographers such as the famous Patrick Demarchelier. And all the editing and internships, my dream is to be Editor in Chief of teenvogue. Teenvogue is really the only magazine that focuses on fashion in the high-end, it's the only one that mentions things like the real world and actual issues about actual teenagers, not the sort of cookie cutter crap that the other magazines do, it's about actual things, not some mate quiz. And it's all about realism. I would give anything to meet Amy Astley who is the current Editor in Chief of the magazine. And Anna Wintour as well. There's not many books that will tell you exactly how to get where you want, so if you're interested, it's definitely the book to get.

Lazy Oaf is this quirky shop. The clothes and jewelry are all kitschy and everything is a little bit humurous but totally wearable, you have to go to the website because they don't have that many stockists, the website is: http://www.lazyoaf.co.uk/index.html, i would definitely check it. I'm gonna upload some pictures of my favourite clothing, as they have loads of cute and sweet things. If you like to wear something different but respected I'd definitely go for this, it's easy to wear and fashionable but be warned, it's not for the faint hearted.

First Blog

I can't say everything I want to say. I'm in love with vintage, retro, futuristic...everything pretty much. I love Tavi Gevinson, my blog isn't going to be like hers, there's only one of her. I'm gonna be here to review, to show you fashion wherever i go, i live in england, where a lot of people aren't afraid to wear what they want, so if i see someone i think looks different or stylish to be noted, i'll take a picture of them and show it to you, see what you think. I'll go into shops, try clothes on and post it. I'll tell you about shops i think you should check out, i'm totally open for anyone to tell me what they think i should review, feel free to send me links, pictures, shop names, anything, and i'll make some videos of when i go travelling abroad and the fashion there.
